Indigo has formed a joint venture with the Rockford Group, identifying, purchasing, developing and managing properties from concept stage through to construction.

The Novotel Century Darling Harbour represented the first acquisition under this arrangement, follwed by the Novotel Palm Cove.  Further acquisitions and management opportunities are currently under consideration.

Rockford Indigo will also provide management for future resort developments such as Drift - the former Clarion Resort Palm Cove.  This gives the Group a management control competitive advantage in these property asset sectors.
